Daniel J. Giesberg, President and CEO
Daniel has spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry. He has worked on both the care provider and supplier side. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Carol M. Lifland, Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs
Prior to joining AMD, Carol was a partner at the law firm of Cox, Castle and Nicholson. She now specializes in regulatory issues and contract law. Carol earned her JD at Northwestern University School of Law.
